Your social circle could be the best indicator of how succesfull your fat loss will be
There are many things that could stop you from losing fat.
Naturally when I was writing my book Reclaiming Slim I wanted to find as many of these causes as possible.
For example a lack of knowledge on what the best foods are for fat loss ( hint- its not cereal bars), a tight budget for healthy food perhaps, or most likely a busy and hectic lifestyle.
But by far one of the biggest indicators of how succesful you will be is your social circle. The 5 people you most hang around with will influence how you think about food, they will make eating junk food eithor acceptable or unaceptable, they could build you up, or they could be dragging you down.

Speaking of which, did you know that if you have a friend who is obese, then there is a 45% chance you too will be obese, but it doesn't stop there. If you have a friend, with a friend, who has a fiend whos friend with a friend!!!! then that could still influence your weight!
It only takes one more friend for their to be absoloutely no corelation!
